Hello Therin,
Make sure you’re attending local REIC (Real Estate Investment Clubs) to find cash buyers. This are great places where liked minded people gather. Go to www.REIClubDirectory.com to find some near you.
Also attend foreclosure auctions, both public and private. In order for individuals to purchase properties at auctions they have to have all cash. Contact your local county courthouse for dates and times and attend other auctions in nearby counties. For the private auctions you can go to the following websites to find dates & times & be added to their mailing list.
www.Auction.com and www.HudsonAndMarshall.com.
