What is your routine in the morning ?? You can triple your success rate in just changing what you do in the morning !! Be aware of what exactly you do every morning as soon as you open your eyes. Do you hit the snooze button ? Do you jump up and get rolling ? How about when you stumble into the bathroom ? Do you turn on the light to go to the bathroom or do you just keep your eyes half shut because you know your surroundings so well ?
There are three switches into my bathroom b1- is the dimmer light 2- one is a BRIGHT multiple light 3- the other is a light fan to take the moisture from shower out. which one would you hit ?? Not long ago I would hit the dim light to be able to see but not to wake me up so quickly. I no longer do this as I NEED to up early and making things happen to control my destiny. I now hit the BRIGHT light and IMMEDIATELY splash ICE COLD water on my face. Every morning I used to anticipate this unwanted cold water at first but now can't wait to get started. It's like jumping in a cold swimming pool. First you shy from it then you get acclimated to it and make the best use of it !! This is just a short analogy of what I am talking about but there are many things that we do that we can improve upon such as eliminating checking our email or Facebook first thing in the morning. Stop letting others run your world you need to start Designing your own NOW !!
How about sharing what your routine is in the morning and how you can change it to be 100% more efficient.

Checking email

What is your routine ? Do you find yourself checking your email multiple times per day ? Believe me , I used to do this Sad. The best habit you can get into is to schedule a time and day to check it. Wasted time is spent on this task. Who and what is running your schedule ? Email ? Facebook ? I suggest you really take a look at this question.

I just heard that the morning

say 7:30 or so is your most productive time and the time you should tackle the things you really want to get done. We, however, watch the news, or check the email, or facebook. I think there is okay to ease into the day, but I also think you should think about productivity and yes, have a set time to check mail, facebook, and the phone is one that many people need to get a handle on.

Absolutely Tammy !! Morning is a make or break time to get a jump start on out habitual routine. After reading , listening and absorbing recent wisdom I have now begun a new habit of my routine to be more in control of tasks and my mindset to accomplish more in less time. Morning routine

Hey Jay!

Here's my morning routine that I do 5-7 days a week. I learned this from both Dean and Tony Robbins UPW and have been doing it the last 6 months:

-Wake up between 445-530am and start thinking/visualization about what I'm grateful for 5-15 minutes.
-usually I'll do this while focusing on my breathing inhaling, holding, and then exhaling. Oxygen in and CO2 out.
-Then I drink a green drink (green vibrance) with Udos oil and lemon juice with lots of water.
-Next i exercise for 30-60 minutes. During this exercise I will say power phases like "moving forward i control my own destiny" and "everyday in everyday I'm getting stronger and stronger"
-Then i check in on IE watch DW or read expert contribution sections while making prioritizing my to do list.

I love visualization and use it a lot! I learned this growing up playing sports, then for regenerating my nerves pathways to trigger my leg muscles to work again and now use it for everything.

Not going to bore with details, BUT,

1 hour in the morning IS worth 3 hours in the afternoon!!!

TRY IT

I get more done by 1200 than Most ppl get done all day.

My daily routine

Awake at sunrise, brush my teeth and freshen myself, manage my "Secret Garden Cat Colony", feed my parrots, make coffee and breakfast (chopped onion, mushrooms, 2 eggs all on Milton's toast), into my home office and catch the last half hour to a few min of GMA, then for low background noise I put the tube on 13 for let's make a deal and price is right. I am not watching it or paying attn. to what is going on really. Next I am into the computer to see what few e-mails I may have and delete the junk. I spend 30 min with Joel and the Lord, then I check in on DGdotcom, craigslist, Zillow. I scope out the rest of the day, review finances and pay a bill that is due. Work on my business REI and my other part time energy business. Making phone calls, planning and scheduling. - Lunch time - Afternoon is more business and running errands. I need to get better with my busy, busy, busy work and start producing some results.

I would love to see the routine in some detail from some of the successful students so that I can glean from them how they are getting results


Morning Routine

up by 5am (if not earlier by calls from PM or tenants in East Coast!); think/write at least 5 reasons I'm grateful for (learned this from book The Magic by Rhonda Byrne, from Oprah, and from Tony Robbins - three people I admire). Then drink water with lemon while doing 30 mins of Pilates exercises. Shower, get ready for work; leave house by 6am; listen to Tony Robbins' CDs for 10 mins on way to train station, then read book(REI)for 20 mins while on train. Walk, deep breathing 5min from station to office. In office by 6:30am, drink green tea, eat greek yoghurt with fruit, or oatmeal, while checking emails... done by 7am... start J O B

on days that I'm off work and weekends, my routine starts around 6am; and after exercise and breakfast, I work on my REI Smiling

I love visualization too !! You got to SEE yourself doing it and bring yourself back to the instance of peak performance
and then this will gravitate you towards that same instance you were in that state. I have considered tony a mentor since I was 21. I remember listening to all his tapes of personal power and everyone thinking I was crazy but while developing our personal power by visualizing and listening by audio- it is getting buried deep into our subconscious mind.
I admire your routine bro !! Keep it going !!
