Person must also be hungry to learn, I will train this person to evaluate or comp out props, make offers, sign contracts & market for props/buyers.
You will also attend landlord association meetings, RE investment club meetings & represent my company & put out marketing for us. I will pay you per deal we get thru your efforts $2,000.00

Why would you post not int? why not just ignore it I haven't even bumped this up although for anyone that cares I am now paying 4k for props that you can provide that come with the owners ph# & name.
So 2k for addresses of props that look vacant, tall weeds, chipping paint or boarded up windows AND ANOTHER 2K if it comes with the owners info ok. I am wholesaling & have about 40 solid buyers who are multiple deals so in essence I am sharing the wholesale fee.
I would rather have a little of something than a whole lot of nothing. Thanks Mark you fired me up

Hi Tony...haven't done a deal in a long time. I don't have a compelling why to devote 100% to real estate, so now it's like a hobby that might pay. When I retire in the next year or two, I will be able to devote 100%. As it is now,I have a bunch of buyers and make a few offers every now and then. Currently I'm working with a gentleman in his 70's who has 3 rentals he wants to get rid of due to health reasons. One property would cash flow nicely, a B property that would yield 5% which is pretty good for San Diego. The other two, not so much. So we'll see, maybe the hobby will pay.
