25 offers!!!! Alright!

I finally did it. I made my first 25 offers! Even though they were verbal or by email, it feels great to finally say I am taking action! The great thing was that I followed the process of Dean's book and started with offers of 50% below FMV. My plan is to assign! It feels good!

Thanks, as time goes on there are things that I have ideas for it, but it works really well so far...

I see this question asked a lot and nobody actually gives a straight answer. How is everybody actually sending out there offers? etc. through agent "if they can find one willing to do 50, or emailing through real estate sites or mail, or is there a form ?

I am currently using a broker and can see only 3 or 4 houses a week so far agent, brokers will not send offers if we don't do a walk through.
