I have seen several posts similar to this. I would suggest that you post this as a separate post. With the information you gave you added the website. However, if the website was not there what would the information be? What is the value, size, and other information about the property? This would be important information to add so that we can create some ideas for you. The more the equity you have in the home, the more the motivation and the more the seller is willing to work with you the more the options you have available to you.
