1. How do you figure out the agents fee on the AOC/IEE?
2. How much is suggest to give to the agent for their service?
3. Do both the seller and buyer pay for closing fees including the agents fees. Also, if either seller or buyer has one agent in the transaction do that agent get two commission?

1) the end buyer of the AOC/IEE will end up paying the commission...
you basically get in and out with those methods
2)depends..if you are buying, they will usually charge between 4-6 percent...atleast in my area...on assignments, you don't end up paying them
3)the buyer usually pays closing cost. but in some cases, you can work things out with the seller, and get them to help, or pay the closing cost...depends if they have the money are willing to work something out...If only one agent, they will get the full commission
