Hi, I hate to ask the question since the answer might be obvious, but is this a hard money lender?

No, they provide "Transactional Funding" or "1 day dough". Meaning, they provide cash for a double closing. Both transactions must close on the same day and there is a flat rate fee. Where as a HML will loan you money for an extended period of time while charging a high interest rate.
