You never fail impress with your motivational thoughts. It is so true that all it takes is that little "extra" effort not only to make a person extraordinary but for them to FEEL extraordinary and more confident. Thanks for the thought!

We have a belief in our minds that something doesn't work or its not working.
For instants, When a woman has a baby, we know the time period is nine months and expect that. we don't know our time period for success. Just have to continue going 3 for 3.

You loose one out of the three, it wont happen for you.

Think about it in our daily lives if everyone did a little extra how would you feel and how would they be doing in their jobs and communities. I must say I was one of those who thought success was for others but thought it would never happen to me (I knew God COULD do it and had done it for others but He wouldn't do it for me). I actually believed this was true. When I saw Dean's infomercial I actually turned the channel because he was "just like all the rest of them" (I thought). I now know that if others can be successful in REI so can I. This web site and your encouraging and inspiring words have a lot to do with keeping me motivated. I saw the video you and Stacey submitted and your enthusiasm is so apparent that it's contageous. Thanks again

I am amazed at all the positive comments everyday. I received "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" last week after watching Dean's infomercial about 4 times. I started reading Saturday and finished up to chapter 10 today. I highlighted, took notes, made a cheat sheet for IEE and Assignment documents, I've contacted a real estate agent that I would like to work with and have driven around to look for FSBO's . I'm still VERY skeptical that: one- I can do it and two- if it can be done in Miami FL, with so many investors. but I won't know unless I try so.........here goes. I've done a little something extra........so hopefully I, too, can be extra-ordinary!!!

Thanks Joe for your inspirational and informative post. We could easily get sidetracked by challenges, I know I did once in a while. Some may refer to these as fear, but like Waitley said, "fear keep you out of the boat and downscale your dreams...you must believe in the power of your own words.... you have to believe that you will acquired all that you are requesting." This is the concept of bringing your thoughts into reality. God promised, and his said in his word, "For I know the plans I have for you.... plans to prosper you and ... plans to give you hope and a future." We have to understand that it may take an hour, a day, months or even years, but staying focus on the prize is important. Everyone has the ability to succeed, we hold our future in our own hands. Once again, showing us why you are "the man" on this DG website. You never cease to amaze us with your intuition, wise words, and support. It's a shame that you are unique and there are not more of you out there my man! I can't wait till we finally meet up down the road. Can you imagine two CPAs passionate for RE hanging out together.... lol Most woud think boring, but not us Joe. We will definately be the life of the party!! lol

I can't even begin to explain how impressed we were with Dean and all our expectations were exceeded at the Gain the Edge Live Event. It was clear that Dean cares about the people and he cares about providing us with the latest and greatest information to succeed.

After the first few hours of the Edge event he answered all my questions. He truly cared and would help people during the breaks with questions. He was available the entire event from start to finish, even at lunch! Dean his books and programs is what inspired Stacey and I to take action and we want you to know that you can do it too. Congratualtions on getting Dean's book and taking action. You are moving in the right direction and it is only a matter of time before you begin to experience success with real estate investing!

You can do this in Miami, Florida. I believe Florida is packed with tremendous opportunity right now with an abundance of motivated sellers, including second home owners, an abudance of REOs, and shorts sales, etc. The great thing is you can focus on Miami and also on areas close to you as well. The key ios to finalize your plan of action and work the plan.

Thanks for talking about the "extras." It made a visual for me that's really going to help. I get myself so caught up in the administrative details and little things and I neglect focusing on getting past the real fears, which is just getting myself started. So, I'm going to use the "extra" picture as my way of taking small steps to get past my fears. Thanks!
