just one step at a time..

just one step at a time..

okay so im an 18 year old sutdent who will be starting community college in january. and i just thought i would post this as my "blue ribbon" as Dean would say.

I recieved Dean's 'Be A Real Estate Millionaire" book about a year ago, read it 3/4 of the way and never picked it up again. but i still had a very big interest in real estate, i just had to much negativity in my life to do anything about it. So i bought his 'Profit from Real Estate Right Now' book, got too about the last chapter and put it down.

Then about 2 weeks later i got a call from Deans Success Academy, and i was totally into but didnt have the fundings to actually get into it. so i went out on a limb and asked all my family members to help and invest in it as well. sadly, i was rejected one after another. with no job, money, credit or license, i basically had no choice but to withdrawl the offer. and i have to say honestly it is one of the things in life i deeply regret. becuase i couldve tried harder.

so months passed didnt touch the books or come to the webcsite but i would still read the emails and this month is a total blessing. ive just come to my senses that i dont care about the negativity, and im currently in the process of re-reading both books. and as well as the newsletter, and the 3 chapter mini book.

and i can say this with confidence im GONNA get into the success academy the by time 2010 rolls around. becuase im ready to make a name for myself, and change the way i live. so i just thought i share this, andthis was the way i gave myself a "blue ribbon" and a pat on the back, becuase it takes one step at a time to get to the top.

thanks to all who took the time to read this. (:

PS Im wayyy excited to get started in real estate!

Congratulations!

Welcome back! This is a fabulous website with people that are more than willing to help. I took a 4 year break and then one this summer but the people on this website are always willing to welcome you in and help you out. Try not to focus on the negative aspects, instead keep focusing on your success and remind yourself daily what you have to be thankful for and that it is all possible for you. Most importantly remember to take action "one step at a time" and visit this website often whenever you need some positive interaction. Good luck!

welcome

I'm new to this website to.I've been here before just to read stories here and there. I got Dean's books a couple of months ago, read them and started to move forward it's just so over welming with everything you learn. I guess I'm more of a watch and learn kinda of a guy than to read and learn. I love a challenge when people day it possible. We all have to take it one step at a time. If you get support from people like at this web site I'm sure you will reach your goals.

Welcome back, Cmfreire!

Sometimes it takes a few starts to get things going. Welcome back and this time I know you'll stay with it! You've made a clear committment and may I suggest if you keep coming to this site every day, reading, commenting, posting, etc. then that will help keep you actively engaged. It's a great motivator and a great way to keep yourself accountable. Plus, everything you need to know to get started in your real estate investing career is right in your hands in Dean's two books. This website is your next secret weapon: it provides amazing motivation and additional sources and ideas. The academy I'm sure is the icing on the cake! It will be there when you are able to attend, but there is no reason at all that you have to wait to begin your investing. Just by coming back to this site and posting this you have taken a great step.

I am so impressed by the number of young men and women I'm seeing on the site who've decided to make investing a part of their lives. How great to begin this when you're young (well, at any age). But you have nothing but time on your side to do great things!

I look forward to seeing you more on this site and I wish you all the best, much fun, and great success!

Nancy

Mind set

Congratulations on getting back in the game. It is a mind set. I think you've found that out and are now ready to pursue your interest.

I wish the best in your success and come back to the site often because motivation tends to be like a virus. It spreads like wildfire here.
