OK, I know it didn't snow everywhere, but here in NY we got a lot of snow today. Use the opportunity to see which houses are vacant in your area. If you see a house is not shovled after a day or 2, chances are it is vacant. Might be a for sale that you didn't know about. Have fun and look for those deals!

That is a great point! Vacant houses are a great place to look for those great deals, especially the ones that have the utilities on! In my area you can contact the utility company and they will give you a monthly average of utilities used. If it is extremely low, it is a foreclosure or someone that has a problem on their hands and may want to get rid of it!
