I have a very predictable system I have created that shows you how to put together 12 deals in your first year of real estate regardless if you start with a bank account with a negative balance. I have never discussed this before because it is too hard to do in a post. If you are already doing 12 deals a year you will be able to take this information and do 25-35 deals with no added risk. I build a risk free business. I have done over 90 deals in 4 years sarting with nothing and its about time I showed you what I am doing. By the way, this is leading edge information that has never been written about. I have 3 students that I have taught this information to that have done over 20 deals EACH in their first year. They did it and so can you! Just WIN!

2010 EDGE Event where and when? im interested
I am definaely interested in this new program, could you tell me if I can make this work in a small town of 3500 people and limited houses. I live 305 miles from the nearest town so I need to know if I can make this work in such a small town as mine or if I need to concentrate and come up with a plan that can work for me investing in the nearest town to me which is quite a long ways away from me.
does anybody know ????
