I just used the link and downloaded it. Thanks for sharing. That looks like a very useful tool for rehabbing. Even though I'm not doing that yet, I still need to be able to estimate repairs for my buyers.
It is free for 30 days then I think it is $39.xx after the trial period is over. Still a great investment though.

It is still way worth it I think. And your right I should also be in bed. It's 6:00AM here in Seattle. I think I'm part vampire as I tend to want to stay up all night and sleep in the day. I have to get up and make phone calls and stuff on other peoples time frames though. The price of professionalism.
