2011 edge journey

Thanks for posting some of your notes. The more we hear it the more it sinks in! Sounds like you all had a great time, got inspired and created some more great memories!! I'll look forward to reading more of your posts. Thanks again.

Hey pal...yes I told everyone hi for u and we all missed you....you got to go next yr!!!!! Was an amazing event once again as you know.We met some great people and have loads of knowledge to put into action.and yes karen used sunblocker but wishes she was back there today it is COLD here and rainy......we want to be back there! !!!.hope you and family r coin fine........have to call you and catch up soon

Yes repetition is the mother of all skill!!!! These we NEED to hear over and over as it is the most important and without the first steps.....the rest is non performing.We learned not only the things that should be repetition but new ways and tips to bring us up the ladder Fast and with less work! !. This journey will be a lasting mindset for ever! !!

Also I cant wait to see how and where you go from 18 to your next big milestones. I will be reading all about it. I love your posts and look forward to many more:)

It was awesome meeting you and your family! Loved meeting you too Makeba! I didn't get any pics with you Jay I kind of gave up trying to get pictures because the networking took over. I really wanted to get pictures with everyone and ended up getting very few. Sad

Couple bumps in the road, but we are used to it. Also found another PML in Rochester with interest in the same project. Many things to iron out and do the usual REI biz. Just when I am 110% focused on the student housing gig, I get a call from a guy in the Albany area looking to unload 5 multi's in our surronding area and meet with the accountant about our last quarter P&L. How can making money be a bad thing???!!!!We gotta do Delmonico's with my wayward partner!!! Many, Many. good things coming around and there is enough for all of us, we should have done this last year...Jan
