Anyone in New York

Hey Hitman,
The deals mentioned on DG are eclectic, and a lot of them don't even involve your own money or financing, so those work pretty swift depending on how extensive the person's buyer list is. Anytime you're working with the bank though, expect 45 to 75 days. My financed deal in Long Island is on day 45 and if I'm lucky it will be closed by end of month, about 60 days total from offer to close.

Banks are slow and have a lot of requirements. But again, a lot of these assignment deals, bird dog agreements, or cash deals that get mentioned here move quickly because the bank is not a factor, which is the appeal of many of the DG strategies. Hope that helps.

If you type in New York in the search box (right under Dean's chin at the top) press enter. When page loads click on advanced search, scroll down to 'user' profile' and it will pull up anyone that has New York listed on their profile page. Then you can try to connect with them if you wish.

Wow James a simple "I live in Rochester NY" would have been fine or a no reply at all. It was a name given to me years ago, and I do not see how that would make an impact on who works or responds with me. I do not give you a hard time for having a name like James.I was unaware of the fact that you can click on someone's name and find out where they are from, I am new to the site. It was a simple post to see if there is anyone in the upstate area basically not the city.

Still working on buyers list too... Just Google Rei groups then look for ones in your area thats how I found 2 on Long Island.
