I'm an avid fan of business factors like economics and crowd psych, I love creative win/win deals, I enjoy physics, languages, travel, SCUBA diving, quality time with friends, wife, dog, family, wine (and hopefully not in that order, but Freud might have something to say about that). I also have a strange affinity for digging through land records. I'm blessed in life and am ever grateful for the abundance in this universe.

Thanks! I'm inspired and impressed by the level of your giving on this site, and further, I love the country upstate, we have family in Rochester, we'll have to get together sometime.

I was also originally trained as a Telephone Tech (TT) with the Coast Guard with several tower climbs, one up to 600ft in Alaska, so I appreciate your pole work ...I just prefer to keep away from the high voltage. My low level DC is good enough for me!

**If you Google "Chad Tabary Lighthouse" you'll see a pic of me repelling down one of Jacksonville, Fl's lighthouses to secure a cable that came loose during a hurricane. There are a couple of safety violation there, but don't tell anyone

Very personable write-up plus concise info on what you might be looking for business-wise. My brother spent 4 years on a CG ice-breaker, and we grew up AF gypsy --- that's an education in itself. I'm an RE beginner, but there are definitely properties here in WNC and the Asheville area that would suit your specs.
