Letter of Interest???

Letter of Interest???

What is this? I found someone on LinkedIn who has a bunch of property's all over the country that he is looking for buyers to buy them. He had 3 listed in our state and in area's where we have buyer's. So, I sent him an email asking for more information on the property's. But, he wouldn't answer all of my questions until we send a Letter of Interest and POF. POF I can handle but, no idea what this LOI is. We can't buy the property's ourselves but, we know others who can. Can anyone explain this please?

I just looked at the list and there is a multi-family in Columbus, OH and Canal Winchester, OH. Is that your territory?

There are alot in TX, NY and FL.

I have a lead off the same site. How do you go about creating a deal with no money. I would like to do a deal where I can make a commission. Please help!!!
