OfflineI recently finished reading "Profit from real estate right now!". Great book. Anyway, I am really excited about the opportunity, but I have 1 big problem. I, like so many, live paycheck to paycheck and can't find the funds to start printing material. I've been pricing around for it, but it's too much at this time. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get started and overcome this obstacle? I really appreciate any feedback. Have a great one out there!

Marketing materials? Best thing to use is bandit signs, flyers are good as well, and try online advertising(craigslist,bunch of other free sites, to network; facebook and linkedin). Instead of preprinting, use a black sharpie on your bandit signs and flyers.
Start with as many bandit signs as you can afford. You can get five hundred neon colored sheets from Office depot, 15 dollars, get your sharpies from walmart.
You must pay yourself ALWAYS. Set aside as much as you can every month for investing. Once you organize and have a plan, you will be well on your way to success.

you don't need any money to birddog; attend a rei club meeting in your area, and ask an experienced investor if you can help him find some deals. Not only will he be happy for your help, he will actually teach you what to look for, etc.
You'll get paid for birddogging, and get free training. with that money you can buy your bandit signs and then do wholesaling, and make more money...

and just make your bandit sign out of poster board and put up in windows. Also flyers and whatever you can afford to advertise on the cheap. Craislist and the like are free.
