OfflineI am wondering if anyone out there has a good blank contract to use with your private money lender. I have an individual that is willing to fund deals but I have to have the legal paperwork side in order. So I'm turning the people I think would best and most quickly know or could send me in the right direction to get it. I appreciate everyones feedback.

Find the deal, then worry about the paperwork! The paperwork is easy and straight forward. Finding the deal that you can present to your Private Money person is the hard part.

Michael is right. If you have a PML ready to go or have someone interested, find a deal and start moving on it. The paperwork for the loan is nothing at this point. If you don't have a deal yet, you are just wasting time worrying about something minor...Jan
