about this program? Perhaps a google search as well. Is that some kind of grant just for that area, or MO, perhaps. I will do a google search now on it.

i also attended a pre show an purchased a package which deans' people threw the program in all i can say it is a great program my advice is next time the are around pick up a investment package an you will get back what you put in ten folds

I was told at the pre-event meeting in Jefferson City that I can get grant money through the Grant passport to buy as many rental properties as I want. I found a few investment/rental properties in other states I want to purchase. Laquisha

Yes, but, since there are SSOOO many GOV grant programs, this Grant Passport has refined them down to RE programs commonly used for the REI, covers all the detailed application to ensure yours gets accepted.

Its offered at Dean's events along with all the other packages, tax liens, pre-auction, Insider's Financial,etc

If ONE person has bought an investment property (not a primary residence) for FREE using any grant program and has flipped it or it is cash flowing now, please post the details here. Just ONE person!! Was it quick and easy? How many can you get for free? I don't have time to do massive government paperwork for a "free" house when I could have flipped 20 in the meantime.

Someone that has done this please let me know the details. Anyone?

I agree with Mike and Michael I would be very interested to know about it too.

I was able to log in to the grant passport site and there were some links to government sites that provide these grants (make sure the TLD is a ".gov" to make sure that the information you are getting is legitimate. They have clear instruction there too, on who may qualify, how to apply, what paperwork to submit, etc. etc.

You can also try and go to your State's Official Website, they usually have a "Grants" webpage that explain what they have available for residents of that State.

Or you can just go to http://www.grants.gov/ for Federal Grants.

Did they tell you exactly which government agency specifically gives grant money for real estate investors so we can "buy as many rental properties as we want"? Maybe there's still something in the CD that I haven't discovered yet.

If you go to the Free Event advertised in your area (if there's one available), they also talk about the Grants Program DVD. According to my notes taken during that Free Event, they sell the Grants Program DVD which provides access to their website for $99/month. But they only provide it to those who will sign up for the 3 Day Workshop. The DVD has a code on it, so for copyright laws, it cannot and should not be shared.

Those who sign up for the 3 Day Workshop gets this DVD included in the package and also gets access to their website.

What I learned from that, I already shared above. (and it's free information since it comes from the government website.
