I always recommend that you go to as many REI club meetings that you can find in your area. Find out who the LOCAL supplier of Hard Money is. Who do the local investors use and recommend?
IF (big if) you can get money from one of these nationally listed companies I have found them to be SLOW and have up front fees that are not refundable if for some reason you do not close.
Brookview Financial I have dealt with personally. Did not use their money. Big, slow, expensive and hard to qualify was my experience. I know they do a lot of loans. Just not for me. 80% LTV if I remember correctly.
