OfflineEven with the economy at it's lowest point survival is not an option. Therefore it's up to us to determine what we want our income to be. So a perfect way to get a head start is to find something that we're good at, and use that skill to make extra money. Then take that extra money and use it to fund our investment operations. I wanted to take this time to hear other people opinions on this subject? What do you think? Let's discuss some of the ways we can create extra income. I read on here a lot about people trying to fund their deals and can't get the money. But what steps are people taking to fund theirselves?

You see thats the key, they even suggesting that cash or money is king. How can we the DF borrow money from our own and make our own family benefit rather than those HML or Lenders? Very good point you brought up.

Of course a lot of ways to create a little extra money, but saving a little here and there is probably the best way...Of course again, not everyone can do that right now...So always gotta be thinking bout ways to have that little extra money for down payments, or earnest money...
You always have private lenders too...Which are regular people that have money...If they are willing to put up the money, then you are all set...Just gotta keep your ears open, and ask questions...
