I'm 18 and just beginning to build my credit. I opened a secured cc with Bank of America for $300, I spend $75 a month on that one and always pay on time. I was sent another mastercard with a credit line of $500 and I am starting to charge $125 a month on that one. I got another cc offer from Discover for a cc. Soo, how much is to much? How many credit cards should I have, what is enough to build credit, is more better? If so then when do I stop?

Do not get carried away with credit cards. Do not have more then 3 cards. Also, generally, if you do not have a carry-over balance on your CC's, it won't help much your credit. If you pay everything in full on time, you are looked at as if you are not sure in what tomorrow brings and don't want to get stuck with the bills.
If you need more info, give me a call, you have my number.

Thanks, I have 2 now so I think I'll just get one more for now. Talk soon, and as I said, I am in on the Buffalo home, still waiting to see what the others in our group will say about it.
