I just googled and put in United SBS Financial Servcices and the very first few items that popped up was the following: "If you have been contacted by this company please file your complaint here". Also they are listed as being in Benbrook, TX then another listing has a corporate location in Woodland Hills, CA.
Also what has me concerned is the fact that they say they got your contact info from Dean Graziosi. That right there should have raised suspicion with you, it did with me and I didn't even get the call from them.
As a hard money broker, I will state this advice to you...Do not ever give your personal information to anyone that calls you unexpectedly and that you did not contact on your own behalf. If you made contact with a broker or funding source, then be prepared to provide information for the purpose of obtaining financing. However, always ask if there are upfront fees that are not normal for getting a loan, and if you are told that there are, then look to another funding source.
