Jack, Be very cautious of financial backers contacting you about financing. I really doubt (and I might be wrong) that this site or Dean would refer someone to contact you about funding. The only person with Dean that would be able to do this would be Mike Rohan in Dean's finance and credit repair center. So unless Mike calls you, I would forget about it. We have uncovered a few scammers here @ DG.com and exposed them. Just a word to the wise.....Jan

I would run them through the BBB and see if they are legit,I don't think Dean or his orginization would give any information out to anyone.

I also got a call from SBS Financial a couple of weeks ago. I was out looking at houses at the time so I rescheduled a time to talk to them. The representatvie told me she was referred to me by Dean Graziosi and his team because I had started a new business and was looking for financing.

Between calls, I looked them up on the Internet and found there were several complaints where people had paid thousands of dollars for HELP finding financing. Well, that's when I figured they were a scam. Then their representative missed our appointment. When she called back, she used the same line and name dropping she did the first time. I didn't trust it, so I never called back.

Besides, if you are in the Success Academy, you are familiar with The Tax Club. They have a division that provides those services as well. So if anyone is going to be referred, it would be them, and is them actually.

If you haven't signed up with them, I would say stay away.

Be very careful who you give your personal info to . I fell a victim a few yrs ago . so watch out for those out there. Thanks to this site and all the members advise.

I am a 4 month newbie here and I am extremely proud of this DG family. The responses to questions are sincere and compassionate answers. Just goes to show the dumb question is the one not asked. I'm still looking for financing for my home....(2nd mortgage)...my bank doesnt want to renew and gave me 6 months to find financing..or they foreclose...I need $68,000.....does anyone have any suggestions of someone or a company that might be able to help me......my credit score is not good....
I'm open to anything at the moment......

A word of advice for you. Stay away from the poster deanwillyllc. this guy is a scam artist from the UK. We exposed him on this site about 4 months ago.

Just wanted to 2nd what Jan said, I have done a lot of research on some of these to. I haven't run across anyone that I am happy with at this time. Most of them hang up on me when I star asking questions they don't want to answer. Good Luck in your search.

I got a call from them last night... same story... and here i am doing research about United SBS... the first thing they asked me is to run a credit report and give it to them... i run a credit report but haven't given it to them... i will be very cautious on how i proceed. Thanks.

It's just a guess, but clicking on the "What's new" subject in top left of the page, it shows all the new user profiles created that have joined our site. Is it possible someone monitors this then preys on the newbies?

Bruce, I think that is what these scamers do. They get on the site and navigate around it for some time and then post their **** offers. It is the same with people who are trying to sell deals here on this site. Check out their profiles and look to when they got on the site. Most of them appear to be one timers offering some RE deal and then they go away.

Same as the others, except to be more specific, they mentioned that they were referred by Dean's PMI program, Dean Graziosi, and they were familiar with the Tax Club and trashed their business credit building services, saying that others have used Tax Club credit and then went to SBS, because they were dissatisfied.

What I will do is speak to the Success Academy coaches to confirm their legitimacy. In general, I think the $4k+ that they told me I would have to pay upfront is very expensive. Such a service should put their money where their mouth is by offering performance based compensation--if they get you biz credit, they get paid. Not interested.

Think about it. What financing company ever calls you first? You have to chase them. Move on

United says they will help me get business credit established with a minimum of 20 lines of credit - they do it by getting me established with D&B and Experion, then my purchases will be reported back to D&B, and my prompt payment record will establish my business credit rating, which will then open 20 lines of credit of anywhere from $200K to 400K in total, and they will get all of this done within six months. So, then my business has a credit rating which I can use to fund deals rather than me relying on my personal credit rating.

Sounds feasible - I believe one of the empowering conversations or maybe Nathan Street talked about cycling through several charge accounts, using one to pay another, and keeping that cycle going for several months, which then builds a timely payment record. So, maybe you could do this yourself.

United's approach is that they can do it for you, and faster, and for greater credit at the end. However, getting that claim verified is another thing.

Has any DG student ever used them??? Can anyone confirm their claims?

The best of the two is "How to build Business Credit and Get $100,000 for your Business in 120 days!" by David Roussell. ($31) I've just recently acquired it after a bad experience with a company that was suppose to be doing it for me. I have no experience with United, so they may have something superior to offer, but I'm doing it on my own for now because the first thing it said to do is make sure all your information is correct. The company made ALL sorts of errors on my D&B it wasn't even funny.

I have heard good reports about one company, but my personal experience with the other has put me off to companies doing it for me for now. Check BBB ratings, and do thorough research on any company you do business with.

Also offers to do it for you for $500. But you can do it yourself for free, it just takes time. I agree, don't do business with ANY company that you don't thoroughly check out first, especially one that asks for money up front.

Interesting, I didnt have a great experience with the tax club/myessential plans.. I signed up with myessentialplans (to help me with my business plan, they charge like 1300) later on i found out there are other cheaper ways to make a great business plan. But it feels like as soon as I sign up with one thing, then the tax club calls me to try to sell me on another and another. I honestly thought the 1300 was all inclusive, but the tax club is a completely different company. If you are a student of the Success Academy, I say just stick to the academy and do not respond to those companies calling you saying they were referred by dean graziosi's coaching program. Ive been getting burned alot lately , hope my luck turns around.

As you already know fiancial compamnies do not call people. Do not give your
personal info to any one unless you are dealing with a specific entity(bank).
The fact that they approached you and wanting money up front it is a read flag.

Guys I found someone, actually I will be closing in a few days on one of my property for a cash out refinance; and a rehab loan in the works for another property, I just sent off the insurance binder for the rehab property. Try her very nice person, she will find you something

Sounds like the same sales pitch under a different name. After several of us DG members complained about the sales tactics of the tax club, some of us got refunds. But now it sounds like United is doing the exact same thing the Tax Club use to do. If they do all types of high pressure "you have to do this now" then tell them your not interested. I hate salesmen.

Imartin4 I liked the tax club but they messed up my corp. by leaving out an important form and I didn't feel like I could get good hands on help like you get from a local CPA. So I'm dissolving my corp. and started a LLC under my CPA's advice.

Once you become LLC Dun&Bradstreet will start collecting info on your business. You can contact them and give them as much info about your business,this will give you a chance to build up your profile. Many times people who want to do business with you will look at your business file and see what kind of rating you have, before they do business with you.
Also start building a list of ventors so that you will have refrences to help you grow your business .

To ease your mind and your worries, United SBS contacted me about 3months ago and I decided to enroll in their program. I am very pleased and excited with everything they have helped me with. I was told that I qualified for upfront funding in 15-30 days, which was very exciting to me. I received $25,000 within 20 days!! They helped me to continue getting more and more funds for my real estate business. Without them I would have spent $15k on my business and had no more $$$$ to continue. I had spent $$$ with other companies out there that stated they could do the same, but all they did was make promises they could not keep. I never received a credit card or any type of funding from them. I really thank United SBS for doing everything they had promised they would do.
