OfflineThe infinite wisdom that comes from Washington to fix our mortgage mess has finally arrived in preliminary form. After months of meetings, testimonies and calculations; the Dodd-Frank report has been released. In a nutshell, the report said:
Lenders would be required to make sure prospective borrowers have the ability to repay their mortgages before giving them a loan.
How about that folks. Thousands of hours have gone into this report and while it has some specific guidelines, the blurb above is what the entire report boils down to. Gee, wish I waCongressmansman.

Congressman (or Congressmansman?) and I guess I want to be a rocket scientist. It seems that's what it must take to figure this out?! Duh; of course NOT making sure prospects had the ability to pay got us into this mess.
Not only thousands of hours went into the report, but who knows how much of our money??!!!

Why would ANYONE want to be President? Not for 250k yr. The perks!! Clinton and Obama are both collecting 85-90k a month(ask me how)+ lifelong insurance,salary, security,etc.
Whether you liked Ross Perot or not, his plan to eliminate congress, corp jets and other spendings would equal to paying down U S debt. Public Voting would be done by TV,call in and vote to pass a bill or not. 'WE the PEOPLE' would be somewhat in charge and had meaning.
DEBT: WHY is the U S in debt???...to the tune of TRILLIONS.
BTW Bill, I am shocked it ONLY took thousands of hours + meals, transport security, etc.
What would we be in for if Trump becomes President?

I voted for Ross Perot back in the day when he was running. Wish he hadn't pulled out and went back in again; that's what caused him to lose the election IMHO.

I heard there was threats on his Family. (cia)reason for dropping out. The GOV did NOT want him president. Plus he did NOT need the money...he is self made multi-millionare or billionare.
