Question about the Banks

Is it true that the banks won't grant a loan to a buyer for a house that has been owned for less than 2 years Please some one help,me any advice?. I really need this to Work I invested my hope faith and time for this to work.

I just heard from a broker in Florida that one of her funding sources wants 24 months seasoning. I don't know if that is true nationwide but that is not good news. Local banks are still your key or PML's are a good alternative also

Yep

It looks like locals are the way to go but I would also look for PML on the net. Be careful, there are a ton of scammers out there...Jan
