Can some one help me?

Hello this is Wint and I need some advice to help me save my home. I just receive notice that my home is up for foreclosure. And I'm not sure on what to do to stop it. I was told about a goverment program called produce the note and this will by me some time, but I don't know how to go about the process of implementing
this procedure. Does this have to be done by an attorney or can I do it myself? and what are some other options, stradegies,or roads to take other than bankrupties.Is there anyone that would like to do a short sale on my home my sale date is January 4,2011
so i've got less than 20 days left. I just need some help!

Extremely sorry about your situation but you had to ahve known about happening for months now. FC's just don't knock on your door. What have you done since you knew the first time??? And this program that you speak have you done any research on it, looked for a #, anything before you decided to ask someone for help???

Do you have another place to live if they take your house??? If you do I then suggest you tell the bank to take the house; have them do a deed en leui, much better than a FC, and your debt is fully paid.

Tell us about the house maybe someone on here will buy it.

His auction date was January 4th so your post may be to late to help.

Please tell us how the company you listed helped you and maybe some references of completed and legal loan mods done or is this your company apex?
