OfflineThe property was listed at 60k.I offered 35k and they accepted right away.It was a 2/1 1 car garage,with potential to put 3rd in basement,which my investor is doing.The repairs are 30k,and the ARV is 110k.It's good to have a good,patient,understanding realtor that is looking out for your best intrest.I think all Investors and wholesalers should have a great realtor.I wholesaled it to my Investor for 38K.The closing was today at 10am.
