Wow what a program "Insider Elite"

Hi, Gene, good morning! I also watched all four videos and want to join. I have some exposure to investing in real estate already and have already crashed the villan.

Have you done Success Academy? I wonder if that's more suitable for me... Do you know if with the DG Insider Elite Program, you get to ask coaches questions over the phone/emails?

Yes I have been a member of the success academy since June 2010. I love that, being able to pick up the phone and speak to a coach is fantastic. As for the Insider Elite program I know that you get to have two personal conferences per month. Being that I just joined this past week and have only been through some of it I'm not sure if there is any other way to get answers. I will most likely look into that with in the next few days.

I joined the IE because I want to take my business to 2 level above where I am now. I believe that with IE I can accomplish that. You see I am self employed and I can control my own time and I want to leave the hard work of the carpentry, plumbing, painting etc. etc. to my team which my son heads up. I don't want to be doing the hard work anymore. With IE I get the opportunity to learn how to crank it up as much as I want.

Having said that I looked at the listing that my realtor sent me last night and found a house with in a small subdivision that I farm and found a house that fits my criteria and the criteria of one of my buyers that is looking in that same area to live in. We saw the house this afternoon and took it. Because it is listed by Freddie Mac first look initiative for owner occupied only, my buyer will be buying it and I will be rehabbing the house for her.

Listen, you have to do what you feel is best for YOU. Analyze and weigh out all the benefits that you get from both of the programs. Make the decision to join the one that will get you where you want to be next year at this time. They both require a financial commitment and they will both benefit you, but which one will get you there faster. That's what you have to determine.

Education, in anything that is worth while, is expensive but look at the rewards. I can tell you that over the last 2 years I have probably spend a few thousand dollars on education not only with Dean but with another program that I work but I can tell you that with just the few deals I have done I have already made that money back and then some. So you have to decide HOW COMMITTED ARE YOU TO MAKING THIS HAPPEN?

I hate to be to the point but this is the time to do it. Don't be one of those that will look back 2 or 3 years from now and say I wish I had of jumped in when the time was right. Be one of those that will be saying "Man I am so glad I took the leap when I did". I really don't think that you will regret it, if you do the work and follow the step by step process.

Thanks for the insightful comments. However, I was wondering if anyone can tell me what all is included in IE? If I am correct, it appeared as though amongst many other things was a ticket to the Edge 2013??? Was I reading correctly? My second question is, you pay for 6 months but do you get the second 6 months free?

yes, a ticket to the Edge 2013 is included with the price; after the 6 months then the monthly fees kick in; I believe it's $249/month?

Here is a small list of what the IE includes: Access to all of Dean's books and most of them in audio version, The entire Rock Bottom Blueprint, the 3 day private training with Dean & Matt, Daily wisdom and training where you get a video message every day from 1 of the coaches, you pick your life coach, access to all the training of THE Edge, The Big Book of all of Deans deal over the last few years with all the specifics on how-where-when. Wow this is just the tip of the iceberg. Once your able to access it and browse around you realize that this is worth much, much more.

If you can do it get in I don't believe that anyone will regret it IF you apply what you learn.

And Yes, after the six months you do start to pay a month subscription fee to continue to access the IE. I'm am going to make this pay for itself by getting out there and moving my business to the next level where it will pay for itself.

Gene, I wanted to ask you about this program a bit before calling them. Would you please let me know the following? I watched Dean's video on the program, but he hardly gets into details. It was an old clip, too, where Matt Larson says he's done six or ten deals so far...

1. is the access to the coaches via phone for an indefinite period of time? Is it limited in any way (number of times you can call per week, etc)? Do you choose a specific coach?

2. does the program have structured training courses as well? On line? Books? Live seminars?

Since I am very confident I can do more than five deals a year, if that money back deal is still alive, I want to go for this.

After a year with the program, I know about $300 a month for IE program will not be a big deal, so I can join then.

I have been with the success academy for 2 years now, I have never been told that I would have to pay for additional time. Whether that changes in the future I don't know, but I hope not. They do have a time schedule that you can call but it is very doable. I have called sometime 3 to 4 times in a day. I know Matt said he call a dozen time a day. I have access from 10 AM EST. to about 9PM. Monday to Friday and on Saturday it's from 10AM till 2PM. I wish they would change this and be from 1pm till 4pm but that's only because I am doing something else on Saturday mornings.

What I have found is that EVERY time I call I talk to a PRO. My questions are answered sometime in one simple answer and other times in a good lengthy explanation. Just recently I was picked up by a specific coach, He calls me from time to time to see what's going on and give words of encouragement or I can call him on his direct line. It's great!!

Yes - and this is the cool part, they assume that you are a total newbie and you start from scratch. It is a very comprehensive course you learn a lot. This part is for a limited time I believe it's a year. But I did call to regain access for a time and was able to go back through some of the training. I have been thinking about going back and seeing if I can access that. But now with the IE I don't think I will need it.

You have to do 5 deals your 1st yr. and you get a full refund. I didn't make it because I let life get in my way. But I'm not worried about that because I am going to burn this up. I hope to do at least 3 more deals before the end of this year.

agree with you Gene. This should take us to the next level. Matt was awesome last night. I did not expect much, but was quite happy with what he did and cannot wait for his super wholesaling program. Still we already have most of the tools and what we don't have is in the IE. I am going to be super busy today working the site. Hope to join you there! Tammy
