pop music producer and internet entrepreneur dives into real estate - The Daily Happenings

Hello all,

My name is Cliff. I am a gold record winning song writer/music producer and have been a very successful internet entrepreneur over the last 8 years. I own around 1500 or so websites and domain names and have a nice passive income from ads on the pages.

That being said...I can see the writing on the wall as the internet is rapidly changing to nearly all mobile and apps. My wife and I for YEARS have talked about getting into real estate. We finally decided that it was time. We just took one of Dean's classes this weekend. We learned a LOT, but it was also most definitely like drinking from a fire hose.

I mentor several people, and definitely understand the need to have someone there to sort of walk you through things in the beginning to avoid any mistakes. With that in mind, we decided to put out the money for the "boots on the ground" program. My wife is very pregnant and due in a month or so, so we are just sort of praying that she doesnt go into labor then. HAHA!!

I am a very driven person, and have been very blessed in my life. I will make this happen. I am holding myself accountable, but I want you guys to hold me accountable as well.

Today, I am designing my new business cards, setting up a new mailbox, and getting some bandit signs. I have a remix to work on for a client, and then right back into the real estate material.
