Actually we are looking for ourselves. My husband has great credit but mines not so good, so I thought this would be a great way to get into a house. The one problem is the homes here in Huntington Beach are so high that it's hard to find lease options here.

Id listen to Karen on this one, she is not only in your neck of the woods but very knowledgeable. im awaiting on her response also lol. I do know this...if you were lease optioning from me it would be much cheaper to buy from your own financier.
