SO HERE I AM APRIL 24 2014 IN A NEW CHAPTER AND MY GOALS ARE
5 PROPERTIES WHOLESALED WITHIN 3 MONTHS.
DO NOT KNOW HOW OR WHEN OR WHERE OR WHAT
I JUST KNOW I HAVE TO LOOK FIND AND DO
AND THAT IS MY GOAL.
I WANT NOTHING MORE IN MY LIFE THAN TO DO REAL ESTATE AND BE SUPER SUCCESSFUL.
MAJOR DESIRE AND WILL POWER TO DO SO.
HAVE NO MONEY BACKING ME. BUT I WILL GO FOR IT
i am a beginner and want to be part of a really strong network of people i have done a few guru conferances but decided that dean is still the best . i now just have to get together with people that can help and assist. i can do it determind and broke but have the ability and the go to get this done

It's just my opinion. They are supposed to be doing it for the "childrens best interest". If 1 of the parents is doing drugs or they were "drugged" before their court date & the other parent involved figures out how to use the court system in their favor, they will. It hapened to 1 of my friends. Generally, the courts like to keep the kids with the mother. Unfortunately, the parent who gets custody can leverage the kids, money, harassment, threats and anything they can to get what they want & they get away with it. If they want, they can alienate your kids from you, no matter what medical condition they have if they have 1, just to make you feel bad bc they feel they can get away with it. They don't care if you live outta state or not & they can use it against you. Anyone who's been in this situation, knows what I'm talking about.

Is it true the judge doesn't favor men when it comes to kids and split of assets?
Keep in mind, I know what it's like to go thru a divorce, esp. with your child or children involved ~ NOT pretty. It sucks to start over with nothing, bc of it & a jealous ex or whatever. Keep us informed on your progress, though!

Yes I am sure I will be able to do so I am just in need of funding and investors and rehabbeers will keep looking for those also i am on week 4 with deans success in 30 days and are excited will order my 25 bandit signs today. my name cards and will go and get flyers made and postcards.
tomorrow will be trying to learn how to so closings on short sales and see if I can get a agent to make at least 5 offers a day on short sales and expired listings.

Feeling discouraged today.
Have an opportunity to get a reo do not know if that work. I have asked the broker to send me the contract so that I can sign and he can submit so will see what happens.
I have ordered all my bandit signs and,post cards for the expires,name cards today.
Have run some adds Ghost adds and are finding buyers have asked the agent to give me a list of cash buyers in my area and will be looking for properties again tomorrow.
still listening to deans 30 days to real estate profits and following it.

Do not let that ..... Down energy grab a hold of you...... If anything be proud of what you have done even if you have stumbled as you are progressing by your own writing you are staying busy and doing what it takes to get the pieces together and your being productive because you are talking to your key team member remember we may loose focus today or tomorrow but do not loose sight of your target and steady your aim and your soon to hit your mark!

I am plugging away found a great property yesterday $60,000.outstanding loan and the market value is 230,000. will make contact hopefully today left my letter on her door will keep following up.
going after buyers today and tomorrow start contacting them have a few phone numbers and the rest I will send my postcard or letter too.

Its nice to hear that you are accomplishing your goals. I cant wait to hear about your next deal. I am only a birddog now but I have 1 closing and 2 more hopefully closing. I look forward to when i can clean my credit and start on my own deals.
I will be putting my bandit signs up this weekend have my flyers made and have name cards coming found 2 new realtors today old ones have disappeared. still on week 5 of set for life and will soon move on. looking at foreclosures nod and nos daily for my area but nothing getting depressed.

Also look into..... Google voice it will give you a secondary number for free ! Extending your capabilities and I love hearing the determination in you and keep it going remember you are one day closer to finalizing your deal when it comes

All the time, life evolves & things or situations change. What you thought was once a good thing turns out to be the opposite. It's been happening with me more lately, no matter what I do.
Hang in there & don't give up! Sometimes, you'll go thru a few agents or professionals to get to the 1 or 2 that believe in you & want to be on your team. You can tell by their communication with you. If they become distant & don't return any emails/calls, it's time to find a new pro. It's like the saying goes, when 1 door closes another 1 opens. See things thru, an you'll get at least 1 deal done if not 2.

I had a friend s real estate agent call me yesterday with a great income producing property. Owner wants out $ will take $160,000 property is worth $230,000 tenants are veru stable good jobs and do not want to move. Rent is $1100,00 and I do not know how to get money to go ahead and do this deal. can anyone help please
