What is your exit strategy? Do you have an end buyer? Are you going to purchase these properties yourself? Build your buyers list, and see what are their criteria. What you think is a deal might not be a deal for someone else. Be careful with those 4 properties, you wouldn't want those to get under contract. Then just blow up at the end because you couldn't sell it. Good luck...
