I'm fired up and I watched some of the 2014 edge online kit. I fell in love with Ali presentation. Honestly speaking, ordering the 2014 edge online kit is the best money I have ever spent in my life for real no joke.
I have a commitment to focus 100% of my time in building up my cash buyers list. At least 6-7 buyers per location that way when I get a deal, there is a high chance of the deal falling through. As soon as I fill my cash buyers bucket I will now contact 15 realtors and let them know my criteria (which is my end buyer criteria)
I plan on hiring a Virtual assistant for $2/per hr via www.oDesk.com before the end of this weekend. I will create a spreadsheet with the exact words Ali mentioned during the Edge in getting their criteria and give a copy to my VA who I will be hiring.
One of my VA duties will be doing the things which I don't like such as posting ghosts ads on 20 classified websites (adpost.com, sell.com, epage.com, salespider.com, classifieldads.com, stumblehere.com, Iseell.com, olx.xom, googlebase, Theflyer, Kugli, Epage, webclassifieds, adpost, oodle, Craigslist, vflyer, postlets, backpage, kilili
I also plan on using the 25 bandit signs I bought earlier this week for adding cash buyers as well.
I will say something like "HOUSE 4 SALE $200,000 XXX-XXX-XXX , OR 3 BED / 2 BATH $350,000 XXX-XXX-XXXX"
Since I joined DG I have been battling with procrastination of going to a REI club in miami. I will subdue that spirit of procrastination and attend a rei club this week or the closest date..
Also, another way I plan on filling up my cash buyers bucket is to send out letters to auction buyers and also buyers who have bought properties in the market in the past 90 days which I will be getting the list from realtor via click2mail.com

Looks like you already have some good ads.
You can also just run an ad saying that you are an investor who has some unique marketing strategies that brings you some very good deals. If they are interested in getting on your buyers' list to contact you.
