Matt got the success acadamy course, the basic one which I recommend. Also read the 30 Days to RE Cash & come on here like you are doing & also go to your local re investment clubs (REIA's) to meet local investors.
That is where I would get started and I would make sure that your course comes with the advisory line which is coaching, daily, a line you can call in and ask as many questions as you like. that is what I have & it is invaluable, it has soooo helped me. Hope that helps.

Tony is correct the academy is awesome, im involved with it also and recommend it to everyone.
Sounds like you are completely new to real estate so I would recommend reading Deans books they will teach you and walk you through the steps.
This site is full of VERY helpful people to get you on the right path to get you educated in REI.
