Keep the faith. Contact all the real estate companies in your area and inquire who the most creative or energentic agent is in their company. Then contact each agent that is recommended from all the realtor businesses. Find someone that you can work with and have good communication. You can also visit area open houses and speak to agents, but usually the new agents work the open houses. Instead of doing all of the chasing, try to get some of the agents to chase you! You might run an ad or distribute flyers that say something to the effect:

Local RE Investor swamped with work. Looking for an energetic RE Agent that likes fast, easy commissions. I am buying/selling 5 plus houses per month by myself! RE Agents are missing out on $$$thousands$$$ in commissions! Call me asap to find out how you can profit from helping me!

You might want to join a investor's club. There you should find realtor's willing to work with you. A new agent just starting out is a great way to build your network. I being in the real estate field. Remember when I first started. I was eager to try anything! For the life of me, in this market. I don't understand why any realtor wouldn't be running at any opportunity, do you? Much success.........Lubertha
