I live in indiana and i have noticed when i look properties up on sites like zillow the fmv shows for 2004 there are no current fmvs, how can i find out what the fmv is, there really don't seem to be a lot of comparables in this area either, also is it easy to do wholesaling with reos or do you pretty much have to have money to put down or use your credit to buy those kind of properties? thanks for your help
I loved reading your knowledge posted, you are doing what I'm starting for exactly the reason I'm doing it. I have a LOT of valuable real estate skills and I am done working for other people.
