OfflineI recently move out of an two family house. I was renting the lower three bedroom two bath for 900 an month. The owner coul not seem to keep the upstairs rented which is an one bedroom one bath .So he rented me the whole house for 1250 I move out in Febuary of this year. And the property has been vacant and the person upstaris will be moving out soon. I was charging the person upstirs 600 and and I was maintaing the property, now it looks very run down and I know the owner is loseing money wheather he has a mortage or not.Wondering What king of porposal can I make with no money down. The porperty has an lot of earning protental.I know i can bring in an income and somemore.

You need to talk to the owner and see if he wants to sell the property and if he does and ask him if he will take 100% owners financing. There are other options you can work with him . First see what he has to say and get back with our members here and they will give you a better advice what to do.

Dear Paul Thank you for your advice. Will write the owner and will get back to you even thow I all ready wrote him once i would really love to own that property. And it seems as if he dosen't really care for it. Will do as you advise will get back have a letter to right thanks.

I agree to tell him you want owner financing for a year or so and see if he bites. Explain to him you are in it for the long run and see what he says. Let us know what happens. Also, I think it'd be better if you call him and ask to meet with him to discuss, sometimes when you speak with someone eye to eye you can convince them to go your root, rather than then just dismissing it while reading a letter.
