OfflineWell after having the book "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" and BARM for two(2)months now and bidding on properties for approximately one month solid, it seems that I may be on my way to closing on my first Short Sales. I just showed a property to potential homebuyers this past Thursday. Today they contact me and say they're interested in the home and are just awaiting pre-approval from their lender. Well wish me the best and keep me in your prayers for I see nothing less than half a million dollar homes after this one.

That is awesome man I hope you gte this thing going and sell your fist property! Hey how did you get this far? I mean did you figure out how to assign the property before closing? are having to purchase the property before you can sell it?

Well I actaully started making bids even before finishing the book "Profit from real estate right now". In my contracts I just put as a contingency "Bryant and/or assigns". What I intend to do is buy and sell on the same day. I'll go to closing with the seller for our agreed upon selling price and then I'll turn right around and sell it to my buyer for our agreed upon selling price. Those are my intentions and I intend to make them work.

So you are not using any of your own money right? I mean did you have to get preapproved? Sorry for all the questions just curious to see if I can do this with my credit. I have yet to build it.
