I am 21 years of age. I am married to my beautiful wife Allison Robasciotti and I have a beautiful 7 month old daughter Alyssa Faith Robasciotti. I am looking into RE investing because it looks like my only way out of the whole. I try my best to work hard and do my best at everything I try. I am a determined person that feels that I can profit from REI, simply because I want to give my family a better life and to help other people. So I hope that Deans' book will give me and my family a new life.

Congratualtions on getting started and making your first deal! How cool is that? I am sure it will be your first of many deals. You have made your family very proud. A few years from now you will look back and realize what a tremendous decision it was to become a real estate investor and it will give you options you may never thought were possible.
