2.JOINED REAL ESTATE SUCCESS ACADEMY
3.STUDIED COURSE
4.CREATED BUSINESS CARDS AND FLYERS i buy houses do you need a home?
5.told EVERYONE that i buy houses and sell do you need one?????
6.interviewed 5 banks and 2 credit unions{joined}
7.called 3 mortgage brokers
8.set up credit line
9.talked to bank manager explained i am in deans real estate success academy.
[he was impressed]
10.interviewed 5 real estate agents [currently working with 2 1 is outstanding !!
11.looked at 10 properties that are very motivated
12. made offers and got 1 accepted asking approx 39k offered 21500
13.immediately put in local free trader for sale on land contract and got MANY calls that i recorded all names ,numbers and what if any down payment and how much,how many bedrooms,baths,etc needed.
14. lined up buyer and waited to close .

JUST CLOSED YESTERDAY !!!!! AND NOW IN PROCESS OF CLOSING WITH BUYER HOPEFULLY DAYS AFTER CLOSING FIRST PURCHASE!!!! ANYONE!! I MEAN ANYONE!! CAN DO THIS WITH DEANS BOOKS AND THIS WEBSITE ALONE!!
