yes this place was overpriced and also needed some work on the basement wall which probably scared some away. i have the means to repair anything that needs repair so am lucky to grab some of these properties that may need repair.and yes they really wanted to sell which made me say to myself how much less could i have gotten??? but great deal any way!!

CONGRATS I HOPE TOO BE LIKE U SOON

It is GREAT to hear how the academy has (and is currently) helped so many. I am on the fence - as some of you are - with the fear of spending the $$$ vs the return. I understand it is an education.

yes the academy is a great tool to learn from and it keeps u on track with a detailed strategy to do at the end of each coarse called action items which you have to do to proceed to the next step.in my opinion it is def worth the $ and where else can u get a 100% refund if u do 5 deals in one year!! it def is an education!!

Thats a great job you have done there.I know your are going to have many more great deals to come.
