Is how I'd describe the program. I love the probate info. Due to my recent experiences....(check out my previous journal Rachael REI journal)...
I feel that this will be my niche.
At this point something HAS to be. I swear, if my hubby knew that i spent serious money,that we DON'T HAVE on this, he would seriously probably divorce me. Not kidding a bit. So I'm taking a huge chance on this.

So with that in mind, I've put total effort into this. Hoping to make back that 500 before he knows its gone. So what have I've done?

I've set up my APF website and I've set up my other website
Both are starter sites...the address is kinda long...I'd rather have a NAME@blahblah. com. simple but that will come later.

Next on the list is printing out ads/flyers, posting on CL and business cards and tweaking the sites and number.

I also plan to start hitting the courthouse and town halls for probate info. I've found on some towns websites.. they have a GIS mapping. If i just type in a street address with no number i get a list of ALL who own there. I've found houses with bank names (REOs) and Estate of so-and-so listed as the owners. Something to keep in mind. Ok...that's all i've been up to for now.

Nathans HM tips were awsome. get a plan and make it happen. If you even do one assignment you will make your money back and more.

For the positive feeds. I need lots to keep plugging away. I'm trying to do most in secret, for now. Like watching dvd after kids go to be IF he (my hubby)is not home. At least until get a few deals under my belt then I can say with confidence...SEE, it works, it's worth it and it's not a scam. My husband the "gotta see it to believe it" kinda guy.

Richie, As far as making money back on one assignment...That was my thought! That was why i figured I'd go ahead and order the kit because I figured that it'd pay for itself after one deal, and then some.

Marc, Having a plan in the first place is my problem. Following it is easy after that. Nothing to do but just go. But Having a solid, concrete direction has always been my issue...i blame it on being a pisces

Well, 2 new things...1, I found out that probate stuff happens in town halls around my area, not just courthouses. So more places to advertise.

and 2... got my flyers printed up. Onto business cards. I think I'll start with getting card paper at walmart or target and just printing up a few. Go whole hog when, not if, i complete 2 deals and get a LLC going.
