Hi everyone, just wanted to tell you that so far he has not given up on me but I dont think it will be long, he has found a house that he likes and it is of course a short sale that I can not assign. I dont have any answers for him so I think I will just let him go do what he wants with it. I know its sad but I have to keep moving forward. Thanks for being there for me...Diane

Yehhh, he found the house he wants and put in a bid we are still waiting to hear from the bank (short sale) his closing date in set for Oct.29 I am keeping my fingers crossed. We have an agreement signed for non dissclosure non circumvent so I can still make $1001.00, so it is a deal for me to make something. I just talked to a former co-worker today she said she wants to move closer to her son,(she has cancer)so of course I said please let me sell your house!! She said yes that would be great and could I help her son. He is facing forclosure soon. I told her we need to get right on that.She will have him call me tonight. Also my friend at work has a house they want to sell that is vacant,built by her husband in 2006 so of course not worth as much as they want for it or have put into it. I am in a quandry about this. What do I tell them? I would love to sell it for them but I dont think there is much room for profit,we will see what they say when I run some numbers on it. well thats all for now,wish me luck.....Diane

I guess your the only one who reads this site....Well to date we have not closed on the only deal I have made yet It is so frustrating waiting for the bank to get a move on,My Nephew is getting antsy. The other deals are not working out so good, The one woman with cancer took a turn for the worse and was in the hospital for three weeks,now her son has left his house to go into foeclosure and moved down the road from his mother to take care of her so I dont think she will be selling her house any time soon. The other coworker and her husband have rented there house for the season-until May so no Deal there either... I need to find someone in this area that is doing assingments and subject to deals so I can learn how to do this first hand do you know of any body? I have tried to contact people that are close to me but either they have not done any deals or they do not respond to my mail box I need help I am sinking fast here Thanks for reading this have a great day!....Diane Brian

Hello, This one is positive. I did finally help Michael go to closeing,He is very happy with his house and has already done some work on it! I am now in the process of getting a house that needs a lot of work but the price was right. It is an REO and the bank accepted my offer,now I have to get it inspected. I only have 4 days to do this and my inspector just called me today because he cant make it due to his truck breaking down so I called my realator and she said she would try to set something up for tomarrow,I hope she can do it!! So this is where I start on my journey of getting my feet wet with real estate because this one I am going to fix and flip! Nothing easy about this one but I have a good feeling about it....wish me luck and I will try to get back here soon. Diane Brian

I have set up the inspection for Monday, both termite and home so we will find out if there is more wrong with this place than we can see.

So sorry its been so long!! Ok the inspection was not good there is no electric going to the house because the bank had it taken off, my real estate agent never heard of such a thing but the bank said because of a rodent problem they had too. so now the bank said they will not fix it the new home owner has to, got in touch with my friend the electrician and he said it would be about 2,000 to wire the whole house because you dont know if the rodents chewed the wires in the walls. I am running from this one. Moving on now My partner Brian has a coworker with money to buy a house cash so we find him a great deal in town 3/2 that of course needs work but we told him we would help,so he had his closing on september 30th and I got another 1001.00 dollars yehhhh!!! I have come across all kinds of people that are not honest in this bussiness. But I will not let them steal my dream....I am still finding great deals on bank owned houses but no one to move fast enough to get them. If only I had 50,000.00 laying around I would snatch them up in a second and make some money and help my friends and family out at the same time. I will try harder at keeping this up to date because a lot more has happened but my back hurts sitting here...bye for now Diane and Brian
