My realtor emailed me two great properties, both are already 25% lower than fmv. They are both bank owned. I asked her to put in bids on both of them for 45% of fmv. I'm alittle scared, this is my first deal well first two deals because its two houses. I dont have a buyer for one and i want to keep the other one and fix it up. I'm going to call in to the success academy tomorrow for advice!
