OfflineI purchased Dean's book and I enrolled in Dean's Real Estate Success Academy. It hasn't been easy but I am making headway so far. I hope that in the near future I can get my first deal going.

I made my first contact with two wholesale investors yesterday and today 11/21/2009. The two investors provided me their criteria and I will be working very hard to get a few deals going within the next month. I will be using the Real Estate Success Academy coach assist a great deal in order to get everything done correctly.
I think the two investors I am partnering up with are going to be great. One of the investors is looking for residential properties and the second is looking for commercial properties.
I am excited and looking forward to better my family's financial future and to help investors around the country.
Congratulations for starting your journal, its is a great idea to hold you accountable, track your progress and share some of your new found knowledge and experience with other DG Members. You may want to join a local investment club and network with other investors. Each day can be a new day to learn a little more information and move you closer to your goals. If you get to know your local market area, the more potential deals you find with greater profit potential, the more options you will have. Thank you for your posting to my journal, I am very excited regarding this program. I have ran into low times specially once the monthly bill for my credit cards arrives but I have confidence now because I found the two investors. I think I am on my way to make some deals, I just have to work very hard on finding some properties and hopefully I can close on my first deal soon. Thank you once again for your posting.
