Feelin the anxiety of real estate

What are the rei clubs charging by you? I would say it'd be worth the investment, because you'd have access to buyers, sellers, agents, etc. People with the same goals as you.

Before you start paying people for any service, ask them if you can sit in a meeting.

Explain to them that you're just starting out and it would seem strange to pay when you have no idea what you're doing and if you like the setting you'll pay to be in future meetings. If you don't like, you won't be there again

If they are legit and not crooks, they'll oblige that offer

think out side the box you can do it or you wouldnt have come this far.a wise man once said if you could be anything,be water if you put water in a glass it becomes the glass if you put in a tea pot it becomes the tea pot water can flow and water can crash water can be soft and water can be hard, be like water.think out side the box you can to it.

My RE club charges $15 for guests and if you pay yearly it's $99. but they will apply the $15 if you sign up within 7 days. Divide that cost by 12 monthly meetings and I think it's a bargain. Look at all the knowledge and investors that are there to learn from.
