House under contract

I finally have my wholesale house on Seffner under contract. I am looking to close on the 1st of Nov. I am doing a mail campaign to get more deals. I want to find lease/options and wholesale deals. I am also looking to find out how to purchase storage units....any ideas how to get financing....

I know of some storage units for sale...

Maybe try one of Dean's techniques on getting them?

Lease options

are pretty easy to get right now. For best results, work on your tenant/buyer list to maximize your cash flow. Ghost ads, bandit signs, and business cards can do wonders.
