OfflineOK I got my book last month- have read and highlighted it through and through- I have signed up for the success academy and will be "meeting" my coach on Monday the 1st of Nov, my brother-in-law is an agent, my sister-in-law is a cash buyer looking for a home for the last year (157K in cash with 200K total that she can get ahold of in no time), I have been activly looking at houses, and have conected with the REIA in my area Washington State (King, Snohomish, Island, Skagit, Watcom Counties)I have set a goal (only because I spent part of the house payment on the success academy) to make my first deal by Nov 10th. Can I do it- Well Handy Mandy YES I CAN! So will post again in 2 weeks as that is the due date!
Keeping a positive outlook and I know this is the best thing that I have ever done! I am a success story already and love the feeling I get when telling people that thought I couldn't do something that HA! SEE I DID IT AND CHANGED MY LIFE!!

Ok so I have it all down in theory, but it is a class B felony to move on pre-foreclosures in my state (WA), and it is illegal to do bird-dogging. I have a web site but it is not coming along as well as I would like. http://winwinforall.usapropertywholesale.com/ any ideas would be so wonderful! I don’t have the funds to advertise the site, and I just don’t know what kind of ad to post on craigslist or other classified sites. I can’t afford the 1800 information line for people to call me and so I was thinking that I could use my REI email to screen people. I am going to be meeting with a REinvestors group on Monday, and I have signed up for the success academy for help –but I can never get though- ever ending hold when ever I call. I want to succeed and if someone could just give me something to start off with that they have used or give me a push. Fear of not making my house payment is getting to me and I am so worried that I will not make a move and just be stuck where I am forever. How do I get over this and get started making money?

I am a student of the Success Academy, have been a member of the DG family almost 1 year. Although I have had personal obstacles and professional issues (J.O.B.), I will overcome! Just keep on prodding, the best is yet to come.

Thank you for that- I think that I am not getting what I need from the Success Academy- I am not getting that one-on-one help and that conection with others in the program to learn from my peers- I might drop the Academy and just start off my learning all I can and doing some "free" work for other REIs to gain the information and experence that I need to feel able to go out and do this.
That and the money is jsut too much compaired to the services-
