thanks for the congrats. definitely tougher in Cali than other states. I don't know about myself being a mentor I still consider myself a rookie that got his first deal;) but I wanted to stop by and say keep pushing for that first one because it literally felt like a shot of adrenaline through my body and now im pushing so much harder than ever before. I can honestly say I put about as much effort in the passed 10 days compared to the 2 years it took to get that first one, it's that important..

p.s. hope your family is doing better and all our prayers are getting answered.
